Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program
The Shaw University Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) is an IRS-sponsored program that provides free tax preparation for those who earn less than $60,000.

Our VITA program launches on February 7, 2023, and provides tax services for faculty, staff, and students. It is scheduled to close on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. If you meet the income requirement and would like your tax returns prepared before our closing date, please call 919.719.1995 to schedule an appointment.

Hours of Operation: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Location: Tupper Hall Room 107
