All students must check out of the Residence Halls no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 9, 2022. The residence halls will re-open for new & transfer students 01/5/2023; returning students 01/7/2023. Sign Up Genius will be accessible from November7th – December 16th 2023.

  • Only students who have registered for classes for Spring 2023 may leave property over the winter break and must complete an Agreement to Leave Property form (available at each residence hall’s front desk).
  • All keys must be turned in to the residence hall staff at the time of departure. If room keys are not turned in at that time, the full cost of a lock change ($110.00) will be charged as well as a $50 fine for improper checkout may be imposed.
  • All electrical items must be left unplugged. Refrigerators must be defrosted and cleaned.
  • Upon your check-out, make sure that your room is cleaned, doors are locked, blinds are closed, and all trash is properly disposed. All rooms will be inspected during winter break.

IF YOU ARE NOT RETURNING FOR THE SPRING 2023 SEMESTER, ADVISE YOUR RESIDENCE HALL MANAGER/STAFF.
